Ken Hodges

Owner / Operator

Ken has 31 years experience in the food business, working on the CPG side with companies i.e. Unilever, American Home Foods, and working most recently as a key account executive with a national brokerage company. Ken worked on the direct grocery side of the business and as a Division Manager focusing on natural, specialty, and grocery through wholesalers and distributors. Ken was honored with the Chairman’s Award in 2007. Ken has 17 years of experience covering distributor customers nationally and mostly in the central U.S. and beyond. Ken is unsurpassed, and he is completely ingrained within the distribution managerial hierarchy and the customers that they service. Ken is a valuable and key element in the growth of our manufactures businesses. Our strategy is to become a true partner and sales organization to our manufactures. Jeff Weisberg

Owner Operator / CEO

Jeff has 32 years of experience in the food business, currently CEO of J.W. Sales & Marketing and formerly the President of a $250 million wholesale food distribution business. Jeff has been on the forefront of the development of organic and natural foods at the supermarket level. Jeff understands business and reinforces his objectives by being the best conduit between the manufacturer and the retailer. Jeff believes that there is a happy medium between the DSD and direct business and negotiates from all sides to create the greatest opportunity and breadth of products. Michael Gach

VP of Sales

Michael is an award winning leader with a consistent history of delivering outstanding sales results and profitability through superior execution, problem solving, and innovative thinking. Corporate and national account executive adept at building customer relationships, new account implementations, and creating solutions to meet customer needs. Highly motivated, creative, effective leader experienced in project management, leading and mentoring teams. Senior management and third party experience with superior execution through cross functional relationship management and agility expertise. Experience – Kraft Foods, Blue Bunny Ice Cream, Experian Marketing Services.


Irv Flangel

VP of Business Development

Irv has spent his professional career in the food industry as an owner and senior manager. Irv owned Bit O Gold Foods that was sold to Continental Foods, was President of First Frozen Foods and EVP for Fox River Foods. The Flangel Group was founded in 1998 and merged with Results Marketing and Sales in 2014. Irv’s expertise has been in cross marketing and is focused on new business development. Irv will continue searching for new clients and new markets for the Results Marketing Team.


Joe Cassin

VP of Perishable

Joe has a deep focus and attention to the details required for perishable products to be successful. This focus, combined with an organized sales strategy and a passion for excellence, has led to increased growth for many well-known perishable brands including: Norseland, Emmi Roth, Best Cheese USA, Volpi and others. With his broad knowledge of products, successful sales growth, and dedication to customer service, Joe has quickly become a valuable asset to the RMS leadership team. He has worked tirelessly to build relationships and grow sales at Roundys, Jewel, KeHE, and many other key perishable customers throughout the country.

Brian Yokom

Director of Business Development

Brian has 18 Years Industry Experience, 9 Years with Tree of Life/Gourmet Award Foods in Specialty and Natural Distribution. 6 Years with a National Broker managing the Specialty and Natural business. Currently over 10 Years with Results Marketing and Sales as an Account Manager in Specialty, Natural, and Direct. Brand Experience: Shelf Stable -Unilever, ACH, Smucker’s Natural Foods, Smucker’s Specialty Foods, Williams Foods, Roland, Allied Old English, The Spice Hunter, Dr Schar. Perishable/Frozen – Stonyfield, Seapoint, The Spice Hunter
